About the role
Sample role used while the careers database is being provisioned. You will work directly with OnFin clients across APAC, owning onboarding, retention, and expansion for a portfolio of active traders.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in a client-facing role at a broker, fintech, or SaaS company
- Fluent English; Malay or Mandarin a strong plus
- Comfort reading trading platforms (MT4 / MT5) and explaining them to non-technical users
